Support is different from a purchase

Voluntary support does not buy software, unlock paid features, commission work, or guarantee future updates or a delivery date. It is support for an independent developer, not a charitable donation. No charitable tax receipt is offered.

Any separately offered software purchase or service would have its own description, price, and terms before payment. No paid software purchase or subscription is offered through this site at present.

Refunds and payment questions

Voluntary support payments are non-refundable for change of mind, except where required by applicable law. For duplicate charges, incorrect charges or other payment problems, contact berniefoster0108@gmail.com. Contributions do not purchase software, unlock features or guarantee future development.

If you have a question about a payment already made through a berniebrain project, email berniefoster0108@gmail.com with the project name, payment date, and receipt reference. Do not send full card details. Any existing transaction remains subject to the terms shown when it was made and applicable law.
